Retail Funds Legal Counsel, 8+

Our client is a leading global wealth manager, looking to appoint an experienced retail funds lawyer to its EMEA Legal Team in London.

In this role you will advise on a broad range of retail funds structures – UCITS and non-UCITS funds as well as regulatory change projects and other strategic initiatives. You will join a collegiate and friendly legal team and have circa 10 years‘ PQE.

You will have trained and qualified at a top law firm in England, Ireland, or Luxembourg, have a can-do attitude and be able to collaborate proactively with business colleagues and deliver clear, succinct advice.

This Director role will suit a knowledgeable and commercial UCITS funds lawyer looking for the next step-up in their In-house career or a Private Practice lawyer looking for their first In-House Director position.
