The team advises on

  • The establishment and operation of private and related alternative investment funds – Hedge, Real Estate, Private Equity, Closed-End, Qualifying Investor etc. (dependent upon jurisdiction).
  • The establishment of UCITS and ETFs.
  • The regulation of funds and fund management companies such as AIFMs, UCITS management companies, MIFID firms and investment managers.

Candidates with at least 2 years PQE in the Asset Management or Funds team at a reputable firm are encouraged to apply. A competitive salary and benefits package will be on offer.
