What You’ll Be Doing

• Advising on high-profile financing transactions for both lenders and borrowers.
• Supporting major household name clients.
• Handling complex multi-million-pound deals.
• Collaborating with partners and senior lawyers on high-value transactions and practice development initiatives.

What They’re Looking For

• Experience in banking & finance law gained at a reputable commercial firm.
• Knowledge of LMA documentation and experience in receivables or asset-based lending (preferred but not essential).
• Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness.
• A team player with excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude, with a desire to work in a high-performing, collaborative environment.
