Sports Dispute Resolution Lawyer

Position: Sports Media and Entertainment Dispute Resolution Lawyer (Minimum 5 years PQE)
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex sports media and entertainment matters from inception to resolution.
Represent high-profile athletes, players associations, leagues and governing bodies, clubs and agents on a wide range of sports law matters, including contractual disputes, disciplinary actions, image rights and marketability and regulatory compliance issues.
Provide strategic legal advice and develop innovative and commercial solutions to navigate the unique challenges of the sports industry.
Advise on regulatory disputes and conduct international and domestic dispute resolution through ADR, courts and tribunals (primarily sports tribunals and the Court of Arbitration for Sport).
Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to achieve favourable outcomes and uphold the integrity of sports law.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) practicing law, with a focus on sports, media and entertainment dispute resolution. Ideally with a Masters in International Sports Law.
Proven expertise in sports law, with a deep understanding of industry regulations and precedent-setting cases.
Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong leadership abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
