Webinar facilitated by Angela Franks, Partner at Frazer Jones

Cilla Robinson, Partner, Clayton Utz, is back for another edition of the “Australian Employment Law update”. She will discuss all the new reforms and recent changes, as well as answer any questions you may have for her.

The session will cover the recent IR reforms to pay transparency, flexible work, fixed-term contracts, and bargaining which are bound to shake things up for organisations, and should be on the radar for HR managers and legal teams alike.

It will also cover the changes, being some of the biggest changes we have seen in over a decade, and then focus on a case study based on a recent Fair Work Commission decision, which we can guarantee will be equal parts informative and entertaining!

The interactive part of the session will delve into a myriad of issues, such as employee misconduct and taking disciplinary action, in the context of a complex employee management matter.

We will also provide practical tips for businesses from an HR perspective and highlight the importance of training and education in the context of positive duty and WHS.

Join us on Thursday 6 April 2023 at 11 am AEST via ZOOM, for an entertaining (and maybe even shocking) session!
