Theresa leads the in-house legal and compliance practice in Singapore and has been in executive search since 2008. She is a specialist in senior level and general counsel placements for corporates and financial services clients in Southeast Asia. Theresa began her career in recruitment in 2008 with an international recruitment firm where she worked closely with banks and corporates in placing professionals into the legal, compliance and corporate governance functions. Theresa graduated from Singapore Management University with a bachelor’s in business management.
