Brad worked for over 20 years as a lawyer, operating throughout the legal profession from lawyer to partner to managing his own practice. He has an excellent understanding of the business and recruitment needs of law firms and legal professionals at all levels. Since 2017, he has focused on senior level recruitment including lateral partner and practice group moves across the Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne markets. Brad has expertise in the evolving challenges of attracting and retaining talent, and prides himself on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates by being professional, transparent and interested in aligning talent, personality and teams.
