A leading services organisation is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join its UK legal team, based in Nottingham. The opportunity to work closely with both HR and Legal functions, providing strategic legal advice on employment law compliance, employee relations, and data protection matters. The firm operates a hybrid working model, with office presence required three days a week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, policies, investigations, and tribunal claims. You’ll play a key role in identifying legal changes impacting HR, delivering training, and supporting leadership on employment-related risks. The role also involves collaboration with external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure legal advice aligns with regulatory expectations and business strategy.

Applicants should be qualified lawyers with significant experience in employment law, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. A strategic mindset, excellent judgment, and the ability to build trusted relationships with HR and senior leadership are essential.
