Senior Legal Counsel
Location: Hybrid or Remote (Candidates MUST be US East Coast based)
An AIM-listed world-leading provider of technology is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their international legal team.
Reporting to the Head of Legal, the role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including technology, licensing, services, and data processing agreements. You’ll work across multiple jurisdictions and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, IT, Procurement, and Data Privacy.
The successful candidate will have 4+ years’ experience, ideally gained in-house or at a law firm representing large, technology-driven organisations. Expertise in complex IT/software technology agreements is essential, along with knowledge of IP, GDPR, US privacy laws (such as HIPAA and CCPA), and regulatory matters. Familiarity with AI and export control issues is a plus.

Base Pay
$160,000 – $170,000 / year plus a bonus
