The firm seeks additional corporate lawyers, qualified in a Commonwealth jurisdiction, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience gained in a major international practice. You will need the confidence and commercial acumen to advise clients directly, with minimal supervision.  M&A, public company, financing, share acquisition and investment vehicles experience are all suitable forms of experience. 

The firm will consider very senior lawyers, including Partners, looking for a change of direction.  While you will not be expected to bring a book of business with you, you should be someone with a skill set to attract work by providing a very high level of quality legal advice.   An ideal junior lawyer would be someone who is currently with a top tier firm and is highly motivated to work hard in order to establish a name for him or herself.  A more senior lawyer could also be such a person or could be someone who has had relevant top tier firm experience, is now in-house or other senior position, and is looking for change or a new challenge.
