You’re an ambitious, entrepreneurial corporate/M&A partner, experienced in capital raising, merger and acquisition, securities and/or cross-border transactions. Clients in pharma/life sciences, energy/clean tech, or other emerging technology sectors turn to you for legal counsel and sound perspectives in their industries. What’s next for you?
