Clinical Negligence/Healthcare Litigation

Carson McDowell has a long association with the healthcare sector going back over 100 years to when we were first instructed by the Medical Protection Society. We have consistently built on this experience to establish a Healthcare Team comprising of specialist lawyers with expertise in all facets of healthcare law including clinical negligence claims, police (including involuntary manslaughter) investigations, complaints, inquests, disciplinary issues, General Medical and Dental Council investigations, risk management advice, educational services and the provision of ethical advice.

The applicant will have significant clinical negligence/disease litigation experience.  Regulatory/non-claims experience would be of value.

All applicants will need to demonstrate a strong academic record, proven legal skills of the highest calibre, keen attention to detail and commercial awareness combined with motivation, enthusiasm and the ability to work as part of our Team, who pride themselves on delivering a high quality client service.
