Reporting to the Senior Counsel, this is an extremely hands-on role where your level of exposure will depend on your experience and skills. You will advise on and assist with all aspects of technology, consulting and outsourcing transactions within a supportive and team-oriented environment, yet with plenty of scope for autonomy. This is an ideal first move in-house if you have a strong private practice background, ideally with some in-house secondment experience. Similarly you could be looking to make a move to a more dynamic, hands-on in-house role where you will work closely with the business.
