COMMERCIAL LAWYER

Working closely with stakeholder’s throughout the company, you will have responsibility for a wide range of matters including drafting and negotiating marketing & advertising agreements and agency, distribution & procurement agreements; competition matters; dealing with specific FMCG-related issues such as labels and media obligations as well as IP and litigation from time to time.

A strong commercial contracts background is essential to this role, as is in-house experience or extensive secondment experience, preferably gained in the FMCG industry. Competition experience will be highly regarded. The role will suit an individual who likes working in a busy environment and who has the ability to work on a range of matters at any one time. Demonstrated ability to deal with a wide range of people as well as work both autonomously and in a team are very important.
