Head of Fiduciary

A senior fiduciary lawyer is sought from a top city, international or regional firm for a new and exciting role set against the picturesque backdrop of the Guernsey countryside.

My client advises a number of High Net Worth individuals and is looking for a confident and dynamic personality to take charge of the development of the practice group in line with the ambitious expansion plans of the firm as a whole. The fiduciary department is an integral part of these plans.

This is an opportunity to take a leading role in the department during a period of vigorous growth and change, with the appropriate opportunities for career and reward. We are looking for an exceptional individual to take on the challenge.

• You will be a senior fiduciary lawyer, either in private practice or in an in-house role, with the ambition and confidence to develop and grow a tax and trusts practice.
• You have sound technical skills, specifically in trust law, and an awareness of UK and international tax issues.
• Your interpersonal abilities make you a successful manager of client and staff relationships.
• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and are commercially focussed.
