The partner team at Taylor Root is very well established and has assisted hundreds of fixed share/equity partners over the past 20 years introducing them to a broad range of firms, from niche practices to Magic Circle law firms.
The team of 3 do not search and as a result are able to show/introduce you to all of the UK and US law firms in London unlike many search firms who will be restricted by the firm they are acting for.
Despite the quiet markets in recent years there are still many partner opportunities available in most sectors.
We are always happy to meet up and talk through the market in general even if you are not sure you want to move. It is worth bearing in mind that a move will take longer than you might expect to complete. The average time it takes to move as an equity partner is c 6/7 months. Fixed share partners can be a lot quicker.
