Client Services
Permanent recruitment - Taylor Root attracts a large pool of high quality candidates registered as a result of our continuing first-rate reputation in the market. We have great success in placing permanent paralegal and legal executives into In-House departments.
Fixed-Term Contract recruitment – We regularly recruit candidates on a 3-12 months contract. Fixed term contracts are often extended or made permanent after the initial contract has come to an end. It can be beneficial to recruit a paralegal/ legal executive on a contract basis which will allow flexibility in comparison to a permanent post.
Temporary recruitment – We can provide temporary paralegals at short notice allowing you to react to workflow. We have the capacity to supply small to big teams of paralegals for as brief as one day through to 12 months. Paying paralegals and legal executives on an hourly or daily basis means that you only pay for the work carried out.

The clients we work with have specific requirements. We require candidates to have strong academics, to have completed the LPC/BVC and a minimum of six months’ paralegal experience or a training contract secured.
