WHAT IS THE MARKET LIKE?

The market in the Cayman Islands is heavily influenced by the transactional deal flow from the London and US markets and as such there has been a discernable uptick in the market over the past 6 months. There is strong demand for transactional lawyers and litigators, particularly at the ‘sweet spot’ of between 3 -6 years pqe as well as being some interesting career opportunities for more senior candidates.

WHAT IS IT LIKE TO LIVE THERE?

One word – easy. It’s not hard to live on a Seven Mile Beach and drive your car from your luxurious condominium to the office every day. There is a great social scene on Cayman and a brilliant array of bars and restaurants to explore. Sailing, snorkelling, golf, tennis or lazing on the beach should keep you busy all weekend.
Combine all this with a rewarding time at the office too and it could the perfect place to live and work. Have a look at some of our photos from the last visit and download one of our guides to find out more detailed information.
