The majority of UK lawyers will initially rent apartments or small homes and then choose to buy once settled on the island. The local newspapers have a list of advertisements and there are a number of reputable real estate agents who are on hand to assist with rentals and sales.
Expect to pay $600-$1000 per month for a studio, $800-$1500 per month for a one bedroom apartment, $1200-$2000 per month for a two bedroom apartment, $2000+ for a two bedroom house and $3000+ for a three bedroom house with a pool. All of these prices are for fully furnished accommodation. Unfurnished rentals will cost you less.
