Legal Office Manager

An Office Manager is a vital part of the legal industry. They are expected to perform a number of duties ranging from managing the day-day operations of the office, assisting with the recruitment of new employees, facilities management, IT co-ordination, general accounting queries, managing a team of receptionists/administrators/drivers, processing visa for new employees and any ad-hoc administrative duties.

To be considered for a role in The Middle East, the successful candidate would need 5 years + office management experience, preferably within the legal industry or professional services environment. Regional experience is essential as candidates will need to be fully aware of the UAE labour laws and have gained hands-on experience of how to manage an office in the Middle East.
