Taylor Root has been a recognised leader in the Middle East legal recruitment market for almost a decade. Having serviced the region from our London office for a number of years, the growth of the Middle East market in the recent past precipitated the opening of our Dubai office in 2007.
The Dubai team is now the largest in the region and comprises a team of recruitment consultants who recruit lawyers throughout the whole of the Middle East, at all levels, on both a permanent and contract basis for all clients, across private practice and in-house. These include all of the leading law firms, both international and local, multi-national corporations and international banking groups as well as small to medium-sized developing organisations and local family groups.
Our consultants are able to provide highly detailed knowledge on their respective markets and provide comprehensive information on job opportunities, market trends and salary expectations.
Our Dubai-based office also works very closely with our other overseas offices to source candidates for the Middle East region and is in constant contact with these offices, providing market information which can be utilised in advising their local applicants.
