Vietnam
Vietnam is now a major emerging economy and international law firms are increasingly taking an interest in establishing a presence in the country. A select number of international firms are already operating under their own brand in either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City and a larger number operate under the auspices of local Vietnamese firms. The international firms focus on banking and finance, projects, energy and corporate work. Returning Vietnamese lawyers who have practiced overseas are of particular interest, as are junior entrepeneural lawyers who have the energy to assist in building up a practice.
