After graduating from Leeds University in 1996, Robert trained as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte before moving on to Deutsche Bank for 2 years. He started his recruitment career with Michael Page in London and subsequently spent 5 years with Robert Walters in Sydney running teams across legal, risk management & compliance, sales & marketing and front-office. He relocated to Hong Kong in 2008 and was Head of the Banking and Finance practice at Talent 2 for two and a half years. Robert joined Taylor Root as Partner of the Hong Kong office and has responsibility for the Private Practice, In-House and Compliance teams.
