Carolyn Morton - Private Practice
Carolyn graduated with law and arts degrees from Otago University in New Zealand. She also studied Mandarin at Fu Ren University in Taipei. She practiced law for 7 years during which time she worked as an IP lawyer for Rouse & Co International in Beijing and Shanghai before moving to Melbourne, where she worked for Mills Oakley Lawyers. Carolyn joined Taylor Root's Melbourne office in December 2007. She focuses on private practice recruitment in the Melbourne market.
Neil Williams - In-house
Neil graduated from the University of Wales with a degree in Law. He joined Taylor Root in January 2007 with nine years’ legal recruitment experience in the UK and Australia, having previously worked for Mahlab as a Senior Consultant in their in-house team. Neil is responsible for the recruitment of legal and compliance professionals for the Melbourne in-house commerce and financial services sectors.
Rohini Jannu - Private Practice
Rohini graduated from the University of UNSW with a Bachelor of Laws in 2000. Admitted to practice in 2002, Rohini worked at Allens for three and a half years. Rohini later moved to a leading professional recruitment consultancy to specialise in in-house legal recruitment. In January 2007, Rohini joined Taylor Root to recruit lawyers at all levels across the Melbourne private practice market.
Tim Fogarty - Private Practice
Tim graduated from Monash University (B.A.) in 1991 and from Bond University (LLB, Hons) in 1994. Having completed his articles with Phillips Fox, Melbourne he was admitted to practice in 1995 and later specialised in commercial litigation at Herbert Geer & Rundle. Tim was until recently working as a manager in our London office where he recruited exclusively for the international legal markets. He has now returned to set up our Melbourne office and recruits for the domestic and international jurisdictions. He has six years of legal recruitment experience.
