Alex graduated from Kings College London and has over ten years’ professional recruitment experience. She recently worked with Search in Edinburgh where she concentrated on in-house recruitment, and she joined Taylor Root in July 2007 to work alongside Erica on the Scottish Legal Market.

Erica MacKinnon - Private Practice
Erica graduated from Aberdeen University with a degree in law. She qualified as a lawyer in Scotland and practiced for two years before moving into legal recruitment. Erica has over seven years' experience of recruiting in the Scottish legal market. She joined Taylor Root from Hudson in April 2005 to set up the Scottish office.
