Claire Walters - In-house
Claire began recruiting lawyers in 1998, and since then she has recruited across all sectors and all levels on both a temporary and permanent basis. Claire recruited for Taylor Root in Sydney from 2001-2007 and then relocated to Dubai in October 2007 to establish the office and focus on in-house recruitment.
Guy Potter - In-house & Practice
Guy graduated from Durham University with a BA (Hons) in Arabic, having spent a year at the University of Damascus. Guy joined Taylor Root in September 2008 and focuses on the junior to mid-level and Arabic-speaking roles across the Middle Eastern market and recruits into both in-house and private practice positions.

Shane Morton - Private Practice
Shane graduated from Cambridge University with a First Class Law degree before training and qualifying with Herbert Smith. He now has over eight years’ recruitment experience, having worked with Garfield Robbins International in London and managed their office in Hong Kong, recruiting throughout Asia. Shane joined Taylor Root in October 2003 and specialised in partner level recruitment for UK and US law firms in London, before moving out to run the Dubai office in October 2007.
